Gatthaca is a Sci-Fi movie realized in 1997. The movie is based on the genetic engineering of new born and made those perfect babies. Vincent was the main character in the movie; he was one of the last naturel born babies in that generation. Eugene was one of the perfect babies, but he became paralyzed in a car accident. Eugene shares the same dream as Vincent; so they put their energy together to shape their dream job which is going to space. After a complete consent they get together and share the name of Jerome which is Eugene’s middle name. Gattaca is a big aerospace company Vincent dreams to work for. Where they have flew to space every twenty-five years. Vincent changes his name to Jerome to get into Gattaca. One week before Vincent’s dreams come truth, the program director got kill by the head director, because he want to cancel the fly. When the investigator came they found one of Vincent’s eyelashes. Therefore, the investigator is Vincent little brother Anton, which is a perfect baby. Thinks it was Vincent committed the crime because it was invalid mean naturel babies. For that reason, Vincent dreams were Japanized. The investigator was almost discovered Vincent identity. After all, Vincent finally substantiates his dream job and travels to space.
In my opinion, you should not tamper with God. Just because scientists want to make perfect kids, they should not. A good example of that is they made Eugene perfect, but later he couldn’t walk cause by a car accident. I’m pretty sure the scientists didn’t see that coming. Everyone is different and everyone has their role in society, nobody should judge people and predict their future.
